Soul Train 03:59
I’ve been a soul train I’ve been away They call me rogue; I don’t know if that’s fair to say I’ll be a free man, living off so well I don’t know when, it’s kind of hard to tell (Chorus) But it’s non-my fault and your no one to blame That’s just how these things change I feel the grass under my bare feet I know this land and how things ‘ought to be I watch the sky fade blue to black My momma died from my papa’s heart attack

about

It's the middle of winter and you are in a small cabin. There is a fire going to keep the place warm as you sit on the couch to read a book. Jonboy walks in and grabs the guitar in the corner. He sits on the couch opposite of you and starts to play and sing some songs. This album is a collection of that time. No fancy effects or special add-ins, just a pure, raw and authentic recording of your homie that plays guitar.
